How it works

  3. Press Protect PDF and save the locked file.

Questions

How strong is the protection?
The file is encrypted with AES-256. Without the password it cannot be opened. If you forget the password it cannot be recovered.
Is my password sent anywhere?
No. It stays in your browser's memory while the file is locked, and is cleared afterwards.
